Gaming and Leisure Services is an independent provider of a broad range of services to the gaming and hospitality industry
Our team have operated and managed gaming businesses in addition to providing consulting services to gaming operators throughout Australia. They have developed an extensive knowledge of the gaming industry and understand the various factors that influence the success of a gaming business
They also have first hand experience with the Queensland Government's tender process for the Queensland equivalent of a gaming machine entitlement and have devised numerous successful tender strategies for their clients

Glen Crawford
Glen has worked in the gaming industry for approximately 20 years and is recognised for his deep knowledge of the
industry. He is a guest speaker at gaming conferences and seminars and is regularly contacted by fund managers
seeking his insight into the current and future trends of the gaming industry
Glen has developed his knowledge and expertise in the gaming industry through a variety of senior roles with Tattersall's and Australian Leisure and Hospitality Limited, both operators of successful multi site gaming businesses
Over the past five years Glen has provided consulting services to clubs and hotels across five states and he has developed a wide base of industry contacts including gaming machine manufacturers, hoteliers and club managers

Noel Phillips
Noel has been involved with the gaming industry for in excess of 18 years and has held several senior executive positions
with Australian Leisure and Hospitality Limited and National Leisure and Gaming Limited
Noel is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in evaluating and modelling the performance of a gaming venue. He had a key role in the growth and development of the Australian Leisure and Hospitality Limiteds hotel portfolio and has a comprehensive understanding of the performance measures that impact on the profitability of a gaming venue
Both Glen and Noel have been extensively involved in submissions to the Government regarding the future of the Victorian gaming industry and were among the few that advocated a move to the venue operator system
